Xavier was a person full of life. He made every moment count and touched everyone who was blessed to know him. He was laughter when you had none and joy when you were down. He was life’s greatest gift and was an amazing husband, son, brother and uncle. He didn’t need to know you to be kind and could always bring you to tears with laughter, and he had the gift of laughter to whom he ever came across. His passion was life and love for his family and his wife was everything to him. He had an amazing soul that God rescued too soon but grateful that he showed mercy. His presence will never be forgotten to those he touched. The greatest gift is knowing he was loved and will never be forgotten.

In addition to his wife, mother and father, he is survived by sisters, Karen Romano-Monkan and Angelica Luz Alamo; his brother, Peter Romano; and his nieces and nephews.
