Officials: More Time Needed to Gauge Use of Meriden Downtown Shuttle

Editor’s note: We ran this earlier in the week, but figured to bring it back around in case you missed it.

City officials are still collecting usage data on the new downtown shuttle.

The shuttle runs loops to municipal parking lots downtown. It is a partnership between the city, YMCA and Meriden Housing Authority, according to the Record-Journal.

Most officials agreed that more time was needed to work out the kinks and figure out how often the shuttle is utilized.
