Person Rescued From 2-Alarm Fire In Meriden: Reports

MERIDEN, CT — A person was rescued from a 2-alarm fire Wednesday morning in Meriden, according to multiple reports, including WFSB 3.

The rescued person suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to WFSB.

WTNH News 8 reports the fire broke out around 10 a.m. in the 200 block of Gracey Avenue.

Neighbor Earl Howard told News 8 that he helped a woman escape the home as a propane tank exploded.

A family was displaced after the fire that left two homes uninhabitable, according to NBC Connecticut.

NBC Connecticut reports police helped a man get out of the house.
