Mary Elizabeth Young, 23, 1027 Old Colony Road, #33, Meriden, was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the first degree.

February 19

Marcus Allen Alston, 27, 57 Chapel Street, New Haven, was arrested and charged wtih violation of probation, restraining order violation.

Heriberto Rivera, 35, 22 South Street, Bristol, was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

February 20

Christopher M. Belomizi, 52 Franklin Street, 1st Floor, Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, threatening in the second degree, violation of protective order.

Gina Madden, 32, 166 Gravel Street, Apartment B15, Meriden, was arrested and charged with possession of a false prescription, assault on personnel, forgery in the second degree.

Julio Bonilla, 31, 300 Brittania Street, Apartment 1, Meriden, was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor (2 counts).

Ray Correa Cruz, 35, homeless, Meriden, was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, interfering, breach of peace in the second degree.

Wilfredo Rodriguez, 53, 230 South Colony Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

February 22

Yesenia Savalier, 38, 161 Kensington Avenue, Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, reckless endangerment. 

Joseph Kane, 42, 248 Swain Avenue, Meriden, was arrested and charged with operating a drug factory, illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana over 4 oz, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell in a school zone, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hallucinogen.
