Simsbury Chamber and The Residence to Hold Community Health Expo

Still trying to figure out how to get going on those new year resolutions to get healthy? Need a little motivation?

Simsbury Chamber of Commerce and The Residence at Brookside have planned their first-ever Community Health Expo to help you learn ways to improve your health by adopting healthy lifestyle habits. The event will take place Saturday, February 3, 2018, from 9:00 A. M. to 1:00 P. M. at The Residence at Brookside, 117 Simsbury Road, Avon.

Attendees will be able to collect valuable health information from local vendors like Advanced Valley Dental, Fitness Together, and Farmington Valley VNA, as well as attend presentations and view demonstrations on everything from “Metabolic Syndrome and the Epidemic of Obesity” to “An Introduction to Essential Oils”. The first 100 attendees will also each receive a gift bag of valuable products and services from participating vendors.
