MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Laila Chapman, 13, who was reported missing from Meriden on Monday, Oct. 18.
Chapman has brown hair and green eyes. She is 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 101 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, and black and white plaid pants.
