Teens, 13 & 16, Missing From Meriden
Silver Alerts have been issued for two teens who were reported missing on Monday.
MERIDEN, CT — Silver Alerts have been issued for two teenagers who were reported missing from Meriden on Monday, Nov. 15.
Laila Chapman, 13, is described by police as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 90 pounds.
She was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black hoodie and black/red sneakers.

Gian Ortiz, 16, is described by police as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
