MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Keilany Flores, 13, who has been missing from Meriden since Jan. 21, according to Connecticut State Police.
Flores is described by police as an endangered runaway.
Flores has black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds.
