MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Skylin Higgs, 15, who has been missing from Meriden since Jan. 20. She is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Higgs is described by police as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 190 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a blue sweater with blue jeans and black/white moccasins. A photo wasn’t provided.
