MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Brian Warner, 16, who has been missing from Meriden since Oct. 31.
Warner is described by police as having brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a yellow hoodie, Adidas track pants, white sneakers and a black backpack with a red lock.
