A Toby Keith concert at Mohegan Sun has been canceled, following the news that the country singer has been diagnosed with stomach cancer.
UNCASVILLE, CT — A Toby Keith concert at Mohegan Sun scheduled for later this month has been canceled, following the news that the country singer has been diagnosed with stomach cancer.
Mohegan Sun released the following statement: "Because of illness, Toby Keith’s concert with special guest Drake White on Saturday, July 30th at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT, is canceled. Ticket holders will be emailed with more information.

Keith has been undergoing stomach cancer treatments since last fall. The award-winning country star tweeted the following over the weekend:
"Last fall I was diagnosed with stomach cancer. I've spent the last 6 months receiving chemo, radiation and surgery. So far, so good. I need time to breathe, recover and relax.
