Tropical Blend Smoothie
Get a jump start on a healthy spring with this protein-packed smoothie

ALAS! Spring is around the corner. Now you're thinking you have to get into shape for summer after a tough winter. Let's help you get a jump start with a treat you can make in under 5 minutes that's healthy and nutritious. Packed with protein to help build muscles, this delicious drink is sure to keep you satisfied.
Ingredients:
1 cup mango juice

½ bananas
¼ cup pineapple

¼ cup papaya
1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp strawberry tofu
6 cubes ice
Garnish with crushed pineapples and umbrella
Directions:
Pour mango juice, orange juice, tofu, ice and all the fruit into a blender and mix for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple.
