Police arrived and located two 16-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy. Irvin was hiding naked nearby, according to the warrant.
Sexual objects were in the area along with jello shots, other alcohol and a motion-activated camera.
One victim said he went to Irvin’s house about twice a week for four to five years, but that Irvin never touched him and he considered him a friend. Another victim said he only saw Irvin naked once by accident and that Irvin didn’t touch him.
The last victim said they all were watching a video depicting Irvin, an 18-year-old and the two other present victims wrestling naked. After the video finished playing the conversation turned sexual and Irvin brought out sexual objects, according to the warrant.
Law enforcement interviewed the 18-year-old victim. He said that cameras in Irvin’s house recorded 24/7 and that Irvin had allegedly sexually touched him on multiple occasions. The touching happened about 15 times from the time he was 15-years-old.
The victim also said Irvin performed oral sex on two victims, according to the warrant.
Police conducted a search warrant on Sept. 8 and seized multiple computers, the surveillance system DVR and multiple data storage devices including video tapes.
They found a dresser with drawers that were labeled with victim names, according to the warrant.
Meriden Police interviewed Irvin, who allegedly admitted to performing sexual acts on minor males and recording it.
Police are still in the process of conducting forensic analysis on seized evidence. At least one SD card so far contained hundreds of photos and videos that were pornographic in nature. One photo was labeled Dec. 24, 2012, which would make the victim depicted 13-years-old, according to the warrant.
Meriden Police, Homeland Security and Connecticut State Police are investigating the case. Citizens with information that may be relevant to this ongoing investigation should call the Meriden Police Department at 203-238-1911.
The prosecution is part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Project Safe Childhood Initiative, which aims to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation.
