WEATHER UPDATE: National Weather Service Makes Snow Accumulation Prediction for Meriden

It looks like snow will be falling just in time for Friday's evening commute home from work.

It looks like it really will be snowing on the first day of spring. The National Weather Service is predicting a little bit of snow for Meriden on Friday.

The NWS predicts Meriden will thankfully only receive less than an inch of snow. Let’s hope the prediction doesn’t get worse than that.

WFSB 3 TV Meteorologist Scot Haney writes that snow or a wintry mix will develop by Friday evening. He wrote two models show just very light snow or a wintry mix, but one model shows a “more robust storm.”
