MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Rachel Kozak, 23, who was reported missing from Meriden on Monday, Aug. 30.
Kozak is described by police as a white woman with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a denim skirt with a blue top, flip-flops and was carrying a beige “Coach” purse.
