MIDDLETOWN, CT — Crews from the Middletown Fire Department, the South Fire District and the Westfield Fire Department teamed up to put out a structure fire Saturday.
The fire broke out at a brick building at 19 Spring Street. Smoke could be seen seeping from the roof.
The two-alarm incident was brought under control quickly.
The 3-story building has a ground floor commercial element to it with two residential floors.
No injuries were reported.
