Northern Middlesex YMCA Launches Back-to-School Giving Campaign

As families prepare for a new school year, the Northern Middlesex YMCA is calling on the community to help ensure every child has what they need to succeed. Through its Support Working Families Campaign, the Y is raising funds to support local youth and families.

"At the Y, we believe every child deserves a fair start," said Betsy McCain Schroeder, Director of Fund Development. "Whether it's safe afterschool care, or opportunities to learn and grow, community support helps make it possible."

Funds raised through this campaign will help provide financial assistance for families with household incomes of less than $100,000.

"Your gift makes a difference," added Ben Carlson, School Age Care Director. "Because of the Y, many kids have a place to go after school where they are supported and inspired."
