Local Buddhist Fellowship reoffers popular course in Middletown

How can you live a happy life with wisdom and tranquility of mind?
The The Eight Steps to Happiness course will look into what the Buddha discovered and his recommendation on walking the path of awareness and compassion. This unique to the area course will be offered by the Buddhist Faith Fellowship that gathers in Middletown twice a month since 2001.
This will be a repeat offering of last autumn's popular course. The Fellowship's principal teacher, Senpai, commented that due to many requests from within and outside the community, the Fellowship decided to once again offer The Eight Steps this coming autumn.
