Covenant Village of Cromwell to Host Local Gala

Cromwell, Conn.: Covenant Village of Cromwell, a faith-based, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, will hold its 2018 Benefit Gala and Dinner on Saturday, October 13. The gala, which begins at 6:00 p.m., will be held at Casa Mia at the Hawthorne in Berlin, CT. and will feature a reception, silent auction, dinner, and entertainment by DJ Brian.

The Benevolent Care Fund helps assist qualified residents who have outlived their assets through no fault of their own and covers the cost of housing and some health services.

“This is really about supporting individuals and allowing them to stay in their homes at Covenant Village,” said Christine Urciuoli, Covenant Village director of development. “The generosity of those attending our gala, and from support of our sponsors, makes it all possible.”

The Gold sponsor this year is All Waste, a waste management company, and Silver sponsors include CE Floyd, a general contracting company, and Martin Moving & Storage, a service provider moving company. In all, 20 of our local businesses and vendors have provided support for the gala.
