Learn to Row on the River this Summer in Middletown

COME LEARN TO ROW ON THE RIVER IN MIDDLETOWN THIS SUMMER!

There's no better place to be than on the CT river summer evenings!

No previous experience needed. Ages 14- 99! Lots of fun, great workout and Canoe Club is right next door to enjoy a drink on the deck afterwards!

Summer rowing starts Tuesday, June 6th, 6pm-Mon, Tues and Thurs evenings through July 27.

Learn to Row Day (for a taste of rowing) is Sunday June 4th. Ages 14-99. Arrive between 10am-12 (runs until 2pm). This is free, but helpful to sign up through Middletown Recreation & Community Services 860 638-4500.

For summer, there is a basic swim test scheduled at Woodrow Wilson Middle school pool on Monday evening June 5th OR download a swim waiver on the Recreation and Community
Services website and have it signed by a certified life guard. (Required before going out on the river.)
