2 Shot With BB Gun, Man Assaulted: Milford Police
The accused was charged and initially held in lieu of a $100,000 bond, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Joseph Carchia, 29, of Aster Road, is accused of assaulting a person and shooting two men with a BB gun, police said.
On Sept. 23, police responded to an Aster Road address on the report of a domestic violence incident, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Carchia, who is accused of assaulting a man after a verbal argument and "shooting two male victims with a BB gun," police said.
He is charged with breach of peace, disorderly conduct, first-degree assault on an elderly person, attempted first-degree assault, third-degree assault, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, and criminal use of a firearm.
