MILFORD - Delays. I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 35 and 43 (9.0 miles). Reported Friday, September 2 at 7:20 am.

An accident involving two vehicles on I-95 northbound between exits 38 and 39A has been cleared but delays persist as of 8:20 a.m.
