Bridgeport – Mr. Alberto Baez Altamirano, age 78, of Bridgeport died
Wednesday April 2, 2025 at Bridgeport Hospital.
Mr. Altamirano was born April 13, 1946 in Popocatepl, Mexico son of
the late Marcelino and Quintila (Baez) Altamirano. He was retired after
working as an auto salesman for many years and enjoyed fishing,
cooking and video games.
Mr. Altamirano is survived by his sons: Albie Altamirano, Anthony
Altamirano, William Centola and Jeffrey Centola and his grandson
Ayden. He was predeceased by his brother Javier Altamirano.

A private Celebration of Mr. Altamirano’s life will be held at his
favorite fishing spot at the convenience of his family. There are no
calling hours. Community Funeral Home 72 Waterbury Road (Next to
the Post Office) in Prospect is in charge of arrangements.
