Thornberg is no stranger to launching his own business as he created his first company, Total Lawn Care LLC, of Milford, at the age of 20.

Dan studied at Southern Connecticut State University. He came to college with a different perspective on the business world. On a daily basis, Dan was dealing with business professionals and clients in the real world. This was something many of his peers had never had the opportunity to experience, said Jake Nielsen, who works with Thornberg.
