MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Milford police recently made the following arrests:
- A 38-year-old Milford woman was charged May 11 with violation of a restraining order after police said she went onto the victim’s property and damaged a sprinkler in violation of the order. She was released on a promise to appear in court May 12.
- A 70-year-old Milford man was charged May 11 with third-degree criminal mischief after police said he cut City Hall pillar flags with scissors. He was released on a promise to appear in court June 9.
- A 62-year-old Stratford man was charged May 12 with disorderly conduct following a domestic violence complaint in Milford. Police said he pushed and grabbed the victim during a verbal argument. He was released on a promise to appear in court May 13.
- A 69-year-old West Haven man was charged May 16 with evading responsibility after police said he struck another vehicle in the Big Y parking lot on Boston Post Road and left the scene. He was released on a promise to appear in court June 17.
- A 39-year-old Milford man was charged May 16 with breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief following a road rage incident near Pond Point Avenue and Hoover Street. Police said he became involved in a physical altercation with another driver and dented the other vehicle’s door. He was released on a promise to appear in court June 12.
- A 62-year-old Milford man was charged May 16 with breach of peace and third-degree assault following a road rage incident near Pond Point Avenue and Hoover Street. Police said he became involved in a physical altercation with another driver. He was released on a promise to appear in court June 12.
- A 20-year-old West Haven man was charged May 16 with driving under the influence after police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Buckingham Avenue where a vehicle had driven off the road. Police said he was operating under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court June 9.
- A 58-year-old Ansonia woman was taken into custody May 18 on an active warrant charging three counts of sixth-degree larceny. Police said she stole merchandise from Marshall’s on three separate occasions this year. She was released on a promise to appear in court June 15.
