MILFORD, CT — The Downtown Milford Farmers Market will kick off its 2026 season Saturday, June 6.
The market will run every Saturday at Wasson Field from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. until Oct. 17, except for June 20 and Aug. 15.
The market will feature Connecticut-grown fruits and vegetables along with dairy and meat from local farmers. Over 50 artisan vendors will also be on hand offering baked goods, crafts, clothing, home décor, books, flowers, food trucks, small businesses start-ups and more, according to a statement.
The market has been running since 2005 and expanded with the Children's Market in 2012.
Last year, the market added on educational initiatives including the Piglet's Club. The club is a full-season program for children ages 6 and older focus on healthy eating and agriculture through hands-on activities, organizers said. A sign-up is required.
