Large Affordable Housing Proposal Under Consideration In Milford (patch.com) — Milford residents may soon see a 53‑unit affordable housing complex proposed for 34 Buick Avenue, now before the city’s Planning and Zoning Board. City staff say the application is currently defective and incomplete under Connecticut’s 8-30g law, so the developer has been told what must be fixed before it can move forward.
