MILFORD, CT — A popular burger bar chain's Milford location is set to close its doors for good this weekend, according to media reports.
The Connecticut Post reports Plan B Burger Bar in Milford will permanently close Sunday, the location's bar manager confirmed to the paper.
Plan B first opened in Milford "to great fanfare" in 2011, according to The Connecticut Scoop, which also reported the June 14 closure date.
In a comment on a recent Facebook post, the restaurant also encouraged a customer to "Please try to come see us before we close!"
A request for comment from the Milford restaurant was not immediately returned Monday.
Located at 1638 Boston Post Road, the Milford restaurant offers a wide menu of "fresh, never frozen, certified angus beef" burgers served in a variety of ways.
Additional menu items include chicken sandwiches, soups, salads, street tacos and pasta, as well as various appetizers and desserts.
The Milford location marks one of several Plan B locations to recently close in Connecticut.
In August, the award-winning upscale burger restaurant chain announced it would not be renewing leases at locations in West Hartford and Hartford, as well as a Massachusetts restaurant.
A Southington restaurant location also closed in May 2025.
In addition to Milford, Plan B currently operates Connecticut restaurants in Glastonbury and Simsbury.
