MILFORD, CT — An accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian has closed down two lanes on I-95 northbound in Milford, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
The left and center lanes of the highway are shut down between exits 38 and 39A, state police said Thursday at about 12:45 p.m.
The lane closures have led to over 3 miles of traffic congestion, according to the DOT.
Police said drivers should use extra caution if traveling in the area.
