Virginia Florence Bradbury, age 98 of Milford, beloved wife of the late Henry W. Bradbury, Jr. passed away on August 3, 2026. Virginia was born on January 7, 1928 in Bridgeport to the late George M. and Vida G. (Bradley) Blanck.
Her greatest joy was raising her family, and she also dedicated time to cleaning offices in the Milford area.
Survivors include her daughters, Jeanne Husted (David) of West Haven and Joyce Nesteruk (Darren) of Derby; her son, Henry "Skip" Bradbury III (Patty) of Milford; and her honorary daughter, Sandy Szentmiklosy of Stratford. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Heather, Ryan, Adam, Shannon, and Rob; honorary grandchildren, Shaye, McKenna, and Primrose; great-grandchildren, Harlow, Elmer, Allison, Michael, Mathew, Lexi, and Grey; and her great-great-grandchildren, Aiden, Matty, Ellie, Elaina, and Annie and two nephews, Robert and William Blanck.. She was predeceased by her brother, George Blanck, her sister, Joyce Bradbury and her nephew Tom Bradbury..
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Fairfield, 65 Church Hill Road, Fairfield. Interment will be private.
