Juvenile Seriously Injured In E-Bike Crash, Milford Police Say

Three juveniles were injured when their e-bike struck a car, according to police.

MILFORD, CT — Three juveniles were injured, one seriously, following an accident involving an e-bike and a car Thursday, police said.

The accident was reported at 4:26 p.m. at the intersection of Sub Way and Naugatuck Avenue.

An investigation found that a Nissan Leaf was traveling east on Naugatuck Avenue when it was hit by an e-bike that was going north on Sub Way.

There were three juveniles on the e-bike. All three were taken to Yale New Haven Children's Hospital for treatment of injuries.

One of the juveniles was seriously injured.

The Nissan's driver was not injured.
