MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- A 23-year-old Stratford woman and a 26-year-old Bridgeport woman were charged Aug. 13 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after police responded to a shoplifting complaint at Target on Boston Post Road. Police said the pair stole $484.88 worth of merchandise. Both were released on promises to appear in court Sept. 8.
- A 46-year-old Milford woman was charged Aug. 15 with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, violation of a protective order and two counts of interfering with an officer following a domestic violence incident. Police said she punched the victim in the face, causing injury, and kicked two officers during her arrest. Bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 17.
- A 28-year-old Milford man was charged Aug. 15 with breach of peace and third-degree assault after police witnessed an altercation on Broad Street. Police said he caused a disturbance and punched the victim in the face. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 10.
- A 34-year-old Southbury woman was charged Aug. 16 with breach of peace after police responded to the area of Baxter Street and Bridgeport Avenue. Police said she got into an altercation with the victim. She was released on a promise to appear in court Aug. 17.
