Diolinda “Lee” Boscarino, 101 of Milford, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2026

Lee was known as a generous volunteer, avid bridge player and bowler, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.

Diolinda "Lee" Boscarino, 101 of Milford, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2026 at Milford Hospital while surrounded by her loving family. Lee was born on March 31, 1925, in New Bedford, MA, to the late Antonio and Maria Faria. She was the beloved wife of 66 years to the late Sebastian Boscarino.

Lee was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in her family. For nearly 50 years, she generously volunteered her time with both the Milford Senior Center and the Milford Town Clerk, becoming a familiar and cherished presence in her community. At the Senior Center, she taught bridge, sharing not only her knowledge of the game but also creating lasting friendships with those around her.

Lee enjoyed an active and social life. She loved bowling and was a member of many leagues throughout the years, as well as boating, fishing, and dancing to big band music with her beloved husband, Sebastian. Above all, Lee was a proud and devoted wife, mother, and homemaker who cherished her family deeply. Independent and strong-willed, she remained true to herself until her final days at the remarkable age of 101. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her.

She is survived by her son David Boscarino and his wife Carol, daughter Susan Boscarino and her partner Richard Allen, and grandchildren Daelyn and Sebastian Boscarino, and sister Leonora Main. She was predeceased by her five siblings: Alexandrina Lytwyn, Hilda Smothers, Francelina Mazzatto, Isabel Faria, and Antonio Faria Jr.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 70 Gulf Street, Milford, CT 06460 (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lee's name can be made to the Milford Senior Center online at milfordctseniorcenter.com
