MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- A 49-year-old West Haven man was taken into custody Sept. 21 on an active warrant charging sixth-degree larceny. Police said he stole $396 worth of merchandise from Walmart in 2024. He was released on a promise to appear in court Oct. 20.
- A 31-year-old Hamden man was charged Sept. 22 with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass after police responded to Macy's on Boston Post Road. Police said he stole about $100 worth of merchandise from a store he had previously been banned from. He was released on a promise to appear in court Oct. 20.
- A 42-year-old Milford woman was charged Sept. 22 with sixth-degree larceny after police responded to Costco on Boston Post Road. Police said she stole about $313 worth of groceries. Bond was set at $25,000.
- A 63-year-old Milford woman was charged Sept. 23 with breach of peace following an altercation in the parking lot of a Milford motel. Police said she threw the victim's belongings and hit him multiple times. She was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 24.
- A 55-year-old Milford woman was charged Sept. 24 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and risk of injury following a domestic violence incident. Police said she assaulted a juvenile victim and struck the victim with a mirror. Bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 25.
- A 55-year-old Milford man was charged Sept. 24 with disorderly conduct following a domestic violence incident. Police said he approached the victim aggressively and acted belligerently. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 25.
- A 30-year-old Norwalk woman was charged Sept. 25 with driving under the influence following a motor vehicle stop on Bridgeport Avenue. Police said she was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $500 and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 16.
- A 29-year-old Stratford man was taken into custody Sept. 25 on an active warrant charging disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment. Police said he threatened the victim's life multiple times on separate occasions. Bond was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 28.
- A 54-year-old Milford man was charged Sept. 29 with violation of a protective order. Police said he contacted the victim in violation of the order. Bond was set at $10,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 30.
- A 34-year-old Milford man was charged Sept. 30 with creating a public disturbance and interfering with an officer after police responded to a Gulf Street parking lot for a report of a man urinating in public. Police said he refused to identify himself and was also found to have an active warrant stemming from a 2025 domestic violence incident. He was additionally charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call. Police said he assaulted the victim, threatened to kill her and grabbed her phone when she attempted to call police. Bond was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1.
- A 46-year-old Milford man was taken into custody Sept. 30 on an active warrant charging larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he operated a stolen vehicle in which drug paraphernalia was found in the center console. He was released on a promise to appear in court Oct. 28.
