Waltraud Miller

Waltraud Miller, of Milford, beloved wife of the late William Miller, entered peaceful rest on October 15, 2026, at Hamden Healthcare.

She was born on March 23, 1929, in Frankfurt, Germany, and was the daughter of the late Wilhelm and Wilhelmena (Heuss) Beule. She enjoyed volunteering at the Milford Senior Center's Ahren's program.

She is survived by her devoted sons, John Dugay and his wife Nancy Forte-Dugay of Northford, and Ronald Dugay of West Haven; her devoted daughter, Mary Miller of Milford; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her children Raymond Dugay, Beverly Clark, and Michael Miller, and her sister, Erika Chantegrelet.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. A Graveside Service will follow at 12:30 PM at Milford Cemetery.
