MILFORD, CT — An industrial property has sold for $16.65 million in Milford, according to the Hartford Business Journal.

The 65 Furniture Row parcel has 11.8 acres and was sold to a limited liability company tied to New Milford-based HMC Real Estate Partners. The seller was Houston-based American General Life Insurance Co.

The property includes an industrial building with office space, plus a separate service shop for a total of 212,000 square feet of business space.
