Art Auction Company Signs Long-Term Lease In Milford

The company holds two annual Fine Art Auctions at their gallery in Milford.

MILFORD, CT — Shannon’s Fine Art Auctioneers has signed a long-term lease for 6,600 SF of space at 49 Research Drive, Unit C, in Milford, CT, announced Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C.

Shannon’s holds two annual Fine Art Auctions at their gallery in Milford, Connecticut and two annual Online Discovery Auctions via invaluable.com and eBay.com. Each sale is composed of paintings, watercolors, drawings, bronzes and fine prints, all authenticated and guaranteed.

“The firm is aggressively positioned to compete with New York auction houses in the under $500,000 art market,” states the owner, Sandra Germain in a prepared statement. “A bank of 20 phone lines, online bidding, targeted emails and an extensive mailing list attract business from across the United States and internationally.
