Barbara Spencer Lewis, 89, of Milford, beloved wife of Edward C. Lewis, passed away on October 29, 2024. Born on August 29, 1935, in Guilford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Lora and Harvey Spencer.
Barbara attended Guilford schools and graduated in 1953. She went on to work for SNET as a service representative. She dedicated 25 years of her life to her husband, Warren E. Bishop, before his passing in 1983.
In addition to her husband of 24 years, Barbara is survived by her daughter Linda (Allan) Bishop Cohen of Port St. Lucie, F.L.; her son Mark E. (Amber) Bishop of Milford, C.T.; and her four inherited stepchildren, Mark, Dan, Brian, and Kristen. As well as her sister Shirley Bishop Harris of North Providence, R.I. and brother-in-law Bob and his wife Barbara Bishop of Wallingford, C.T.
