Big Y, Durham Bus Company Pitch Projects In Milford
Both applications were on the Planning and Zoning Board meeting agenda held this week. Here's what they are seeking to develop.
MILFORD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Board took several actions at its meeting held earlier this week, including approving a gas station for the Big Y supermarket at 150 Boston Post Road.
The zoning board postponed any action on a request by Durham Bus Company for a special exception for a school bus depot and fueling station at 615 Plains Road. A real estate listing shows the property on the market for $1.3 million.
