The two esports arenas were on the Board of Education's agenda.

MILFORD, CT — The Board of Education voted to approve educational specifications for esports arenas at the city's two high schools, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.

If the project receives state approval, it's anticipated that construction will begin in summer 2027.

At Jonathan Law High School, the esports arena would be on the first floor in part of the media center. At Joseph Foran High School, the arena would be on the third floor in the school's tech-ed wing.
