Milford Boston Market Employee Waives Knife Around Demands to Work on His Day Off: Police
Milford police say the employee who works at the restaurant wasn't scheduled to work on the 4th of July.

Milford, CT - A Boston Market employee is accused of showing up to Boston Post Road restaurant on the 4th of July demanding to work while waiving a knife around, police said.
Police said on July 4, officers responded to Boston Market at 1460 Boston Post Road on a complaint of a man waiving a knife inside the building around 9:30 a.m.
Investigation led to the arrest of Harold Smith, 44, of Ann Street in New Haven, who is accused of showing up to the restaurant and demanding to be able to work, police said.

Smith is a Boston Market employee who was not scheduled to work that day, police said.
He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, reckless endangerment, interrupting an emergency call, and criminal trespass.

He is released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on August 2.
