MILFORD, CT — A building materials and distribution company recently signed a five-year lease for a warehouse in Milford.

New England Gypsum is leasing a 22,000 square foot warehouse at 252-262 Depot Road in Milford.

Colonial Properties Inc. in Orange facilitated the lease.
