Bullet Hole Found at Milford I-95 Rest Area; State Police Search for Shirtless Heavyset Man
State Police say they responded to the rest area just after 2 a.m. Friday as a bullet hole was found in a tractor trailer.

MILFORD, CT — State Police are searching for a shirtless, heavyset white male in connection with a bullet hole that was discovered in a tractor trailer early Friday morning.
State Police Troop G responded to the Interstate 95 southbound rest stop in Milford at 2 a.m. on a report of a suspicious incident.
In the rear of the rest area troopers found a bullet hole within the driver's side of a tractor trailer that was parked there, State Police said.

Surveillance video showed that at the time of the gunfire there was a shirtless, heavyset white male wearing blue jeans and tan work boots walking around the area at the time the gunshot was fired, State Police said.
He was also with a white female, who had long dark colored hair, State Police said.

Police said they man and woman left in a tan colored, Ford super duty style truck with rooftop lighting at a high rate of speed shortly after the gunshot was fired.
