Police made two busts.

A 21-year-old Milford man has been arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree larceny and violation of probation, police said.

Christopher Sher of 60 Tower St. was found at home by the Milford Police Department's tactical team and the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force on Friday and taken into custody for two outstanding warrants, police said.

Sher was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond, according to police, who provided no further details.

A teenager was busted on a third-degree criminal mischief charge for allegedly vandalizing a vehicle at the Connecticut Post Mall, police said.

Marc Purchio, 19, of East Haven was arrested on a warrant Friday for allegedly damaging an acquaintance's vehicle as a result of an ongoing dispute, according to police.

Cops say they had received a complaint about the car Jan. 9.

Purchio was released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 22, police said.
