The band Sapphire will start at 4:00PM, the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/rum.runners.146?__tn__=-]K*F" role="link" tabindex="0" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Rum Runners</a> start at 7:30PM, and the fireworks start at 9:15PM.
