Join WalkAboutYoga for a refreshing yoga hike along beautiful Silver Beach in Milford!
We'll combine mindful walking with gentle standing yoga, breathwork, and a few moments to pause, take in the surroundings, and reconnect with nature.
No yoga experience necessary! Just bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and a sense of adventure. I will have mini yoga mats to use:)
