Calling All Bakers! Cookies Needed for the Troops!

The Milford Fire Department and the Milford Professional Firefighters Association Local 944 will be holding its third annual “Cookies for Soldiers” drive on December 12, 2011.

 We are looking for names of Milford soldiers serving overseas so that they may be on the receiving end of some “sweet treats” during the Holiday season.

Please call the Milford Fire Department at (203) 874-6321, Monday through Friday during the hours of 8am until 4 pm with the Soldier’s name and address.

 Anyone wishing to contribute “Cookies for the Soldiers,” please drop off your cookies at Fire Headquarters (72 New Haven Avenue) on Monday, December 12^th.  Monetary donations will also be accepted to help defray the cost of the shipping.
