Calling All Pumpkin Launchers to Octoberfest: Crossbows & Catapults at Lauralton Hall

Octoberfest: Crossbows & Catapults will take place on Saturday, October 17 beginning at 1:00 pm on the back lawn at Lauralton Hall and YOU are invited to participate in the pumpkin-launching fun!

Community members are invited and encouraged to get a team together to compete in the “Open Divison” portion of the competition. Or just come to watch.

Pumpkins will joyfull be hurled into the air from launching pads and measured for distance, weight, and location of landing. Prizes will be awarded for every official launch to lucky ticket holders. What can be more fun that that?

This friendly and fun competition will benefit Get In Touch Foundation and Norma F. Pfriem Breast Cancer Center of Bridgeport.

There will be plenty of raffles, food and fun!
