Caswell Cove Owners Plan Big Expansion Project

The owners have filed plans with the city of Milford to construct the fourth and final phase of their development project.

MILFORD, CT — The owners of the Caswell Cove condominium complex are seeking approval from the city of Milford to complete the fourth-phase of their project, which includes adding 44 additional units in six, two-story buildings on 4-acres of land at 1500 Windward Road.

The current parcel is undeveloped and would also add 28 new parking spaces. The application is currently pending before the Inland Wetlands Commission.

According to plans, this would be the final phase of the project.

Other plan highlights include:

  • Presently this property is a vacant and is posing a maintenance burden on the Condominium Association to which it belongs.
  • The project will be completed in a single phase of approximately 15 months after the beginning of construction. The use will remain unchanged as multifamily residential.
