Company To Build HQ In Milford, Buys Office Property In $2M Deal: Report
The company will demolish an existing building at the site to make way for its new headquarters, according to a report.
MILFORD, CT — A local equipment finance company has purchased a commercial property for $2 million and will demolish an existing building. Somerset Capital Group will then construct its headquarters at the 40 Armory Lane site, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
The company will knock down the 8,912-square-foot, one-story office building and construct a 14,000-square-foot, three-story building.
The company plans to relocate 58 employees to its new Milford headquarters.
